The park is located in a large chemical industry region in China (Jiangsu and Shandong), and most basic chemical raw materials can be purchased within 300KM.

Binhai Port is building three 100,000-ton sea terminal berths, including a dedicated liquid chemical terminal. A chemical tank area of 2 square kilometers is under construction, 7.5 kilometers away from the park. There are two airports and one port within 160KM of the park, providing convenient transportation.
